This specification establishes the requirement for the procurement of four sizes (1”, 2”, 3”, and 4”) of 3M™ General Purpose Masking Tape 234 or equal to mask paint free areas on various tracked and wheeled combat vehicles on Anniston Army Depot in Anniston Alabama. The contractor shall not proceed with any verbal or written change(s) to the statement of work from sources other than the Contracting Officer, who will provide changes in writing. This is a requirements contract for a base and four option years. The purpose of this amendment is to extend this solititation closing date from 10:00 AM 13 Oct 2020 CST to 10:00 AM 19 Oct 2020 CST.

This specification establishes the requirement for the procurement of procurement of four sizes (1”, 2”, 3”, and 4”) of 3M™ General Purpose Masking Tape 234 or equal to mask paint free areas on various tracked and wheeled combat vehicles on the Anniston Army Depot in Anniston Alabama. Exact specifications and requirements will be explained in the solicitation. This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses. North American Industry Classification System Code is 325520; size standard is 500. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502, and 5.102(a); therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Proposals submitted must be in electronic format as stated in the solicitation. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto.
