The Contractor shall provide non-personal maintenance services on the Government-owned Fuel Dispensing Equipment and continuous statistical leak detection for above and below ground tank systems. Services shall include four (4) each preventative maintenance service calls per year. The second one, done in January shall be considered the annual inspection. The maintenance coverage shall be for a base year beginning with the award of this contract, plus four (4) one year options. The Contractor shall perform all services on-site at Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, Alabama, 36201-4199. All questions concerning this solicitation will be accepted until 17 December 2024 at 10 am CST. Answers to all questions submitted will be posted in an amendment to this solicitation. All questions submitted after the deadline will be considered late and may not be answered. All question should be submitted to the contract specialist, Katherine Fuller.

This requirement is to provide non-personal maintenance services on the Government-owned Fuel Dispensing Equipment and continuous statistical leak detection for above and below ground tank systems at Anniston Army Depot (ANAD). This procurement will be full and open with no restrictions. North American Industry Classification System Code is 811490; size standard is $9,000,000.00. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c); therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Proposals submitted must be in format as stated in the solicitation. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the Internet: sam.gov. Estimated issue date is November 6, 2024. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list.
