This specification provides the minimum requirements for the purchase, delivery and installation of one (1) new Laser Cutting System. The Laser Cutting Machine shall be a fully integrated Laser Cutting Machine operated by computer numerical control (CNC) using a Windows based controller. The Laser Cutting Machine shall be capable cutting Inconel and Mica sheet. All in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to update the Statement of Work (SOW). Equipped with shuttle tables was added to 3.1 Salient Features of the Statement of Work. Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to remove NARRATIVE AS1003: SITE INSPECTION ARRANGEMENTS from the solicitation. A site visit is not necessary for this request. Amendment 0003: The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions. Amendment 0004: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate a revised Statement of Work (STATEMENT OF WORK for Building 134 Laser Cutter revised 28 August). The Statement of Work was revised to eliminate the requirement for the contractor to remove/unistall existing equipment. Amendment 0005: The purpose of this amendment is to change the solicitation FROM 100% small business set aside TO unrestricted and extend the closing date.

The Laser Cutting Machine shall be capable cutting Inconel and Mica sheet. The Laser Cutting Machine shall include all tools and wrenches typically supplied by the manufacturer for this type of equipment and its accessories and tooling package as required. The contractor shall be responsible for installing the Laser Cutting Machine to include all labor, materials and equipment required.
