Anniston Army Depot intend... **This is a synopsis only. The solicitation is forthcoming. ** CNC Milling Machines This announcement serves as a synopsis for informational purposes only. It is not an RFQ. Anniston Army Depot intends to solicit a contract for the purchase of twelve (12) new and current model CNC Milling Machines at 7 Frankford Avenue, Anniston, AL. The contractor shall be responsible for delivering and installing the CNC Milling Machines as defined in a statement of work. This will be a 100% small business set aside procurement. North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 333517, and the associated size standard is 500 employees. A solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102(a). The estimated issue date is 22 July 2024. Proposals must be submitted electronically as stated in the solicitation. Vendors may download an electronic copy of the solicitation on or after the issue date at https://www.sam.gov. Hard copies will not be provided. Because the solicitation and any amendments will be issued electronically, the Government is under no obligation to maintain a bidder’s mailing list. It is incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access https://www.sam.gov to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to respond in accordance with the amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render an offeror’s proposal non-responsive and may result in rejection of the proposal.
