‘The government has a requirement for two (2) Mack MP8 Diesel Roll-Off Truck or an equivalent make/model that meets all the salient characteristics listed within the Statement of Work.The equipment shall be provided by the Contractor with all functionality, capabilities and features as described herein. The Contractor shall provide all resources necessary to meet the specifications, manufacture, and deliver the equipment. The Contractor shall not proceed with any verbal or written change(s) to the scope of work from sources other than the Contracting Officer, who will provide changes in writing This procurement.will be solicited as 100% Small Business Set Aside (SBSA) North American Industry Classification System Code is 333924. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502, 5.102(a); therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Proposals submitted must be in electronic format as stated in the solicitation. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the Internet: http://www.sam.gov. Estimated issue date is 1 May 2023. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a bidder’s mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of your proposal.
