Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and transportation to pick up soiled shop towels and return clean shop towels to inventory points on the Anniston Army Depot in accordance with the attached statement of work. Contractor shall provide new towels meeting the requirements of 2.1.1 of the Statement of Work. New Towels shall be used to replace lost/unaccounted for, torn, ripped, and ragged towels at each service location weekly. Replacement towels are not to be provided in lieu of cleaned towels in an amount exceeding 10% of towels cleaned without authorization from the Contracting Officer.

Towels designated unserviceable will be replaced with new towels. This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses.
