This specification establishes a requirement for providing new Flygt replacement pumps for the Barnes Pumps for use at the Anniston Army Depot’s Industrial Waste Treatment Plant (IWTP). The warranty period will begin from date of a valid start-up or a minimum of a one-year period after delivery. The Government must be satisfied that the Pumps are in a 100% operational status and all Federal, State, and Local requirements are met before final acceptance. This procurement is sole sourced to Jim House & Associates INC, Irondale, AL 35210-1134. ANY ORGANIZATION WHICH BELIEVES ITSELF TO BE IN POSSESSION OF THESE CAPABILITIES CAN PROVIDE WRITTEN EVIDENCE TO THIS EFFECT TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER AND MAY BE CONSIDERED FOR FUTURE PROCUREMENT ACTIONS.
