This specification establishes a requirement for repair of three each Computer Numerical Controlled Kellenberger KEL VISTA Outside Dimension Grinding Centers. The contractor shall be responsible for disassembly, assessment of any and all deficiencies with the three each grinders. The contractor shall then notify the contracting office representative (COR) and Contract Specialist if there are any further service and parts requirements beyond those found on the attached quotation for the emergency repair. At the time the Contracting Officer (KO) advise all parties on the path to proceed in writing. The contractor shall perform any and all duties with minimal government assistance to bring grinders back to like new condition.
