THIS PROCUREMENT IS BEING SOLE SOURCED TO SPECTRUM ANALYTICS INC. to continue SSI GIS support to proprietary systems that SSI developed. Anniston Army Depot (ANAD) uses a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) that provides a common installation map and is used as a decision support tool for management. The installed system is an important tool providing information to support a myriad of projects across the installation. The objective of this statement of work is to provide the specifications required to support all facets of the GIS and to set forth the maintenance requirements to ensure continued operation of the system.
