It is not an RFQ. The Anniston Army Depot intends to solicit a contract for the abrasive Clean of heavy bridge panels/ramps, MLC 70, and the heavy bridge panels and center sections, MLC 60 and various parts, as well as rivet removal from bridge panels at 7 Frankford Avenue, Anniston, AL. This procurement will be 100% set aside for small businesses. North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 488490, and the associated size standard is $8,000,000.00, A solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102(a). The estimated issue date is 9th May 2022. Proposals must be submitted electronically as stated in the solicitation. Vendors may download an electronic copy of the solicitation on or after the issue date at https://www.sam.gov. Hard copies will not be provided. Because the solicitation and any amendments will be issued electronically, the Government is under no obligation to maintain a bidder’s mailing list. It is incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access https://www.sam.gov to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to respond in accordance with the amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render an offeror’s proposal non-responsive and may result in rejection of the proposal.
