The contractor is responsible for design and fabrication of all equipment for the upgrade. The upgrade includes providing and installing host computer, data acquisition system, Rackmount UPS, software updates, holding tanks with filtration system for turbine engine oil and transmission oil, performance testing, training of ANAD personnel, warranty and emergency warranty maintenance as defined in a statement of work.

It is not an RFQ. Anniston Army Depot (ANAD) intends to solicit an upgrade of one M1 Full Up Power Pack (FUPP) Ground Hop stand located at 7 Frankford Avenue, Anniston, AL. The contractor shall accomplish this work within one year of contract award and be responsible for design and fabrication of all equipment for the upgrade. The upgrade includes providing and installing host computer, data acquisition system, Rackmount UPS, software updates, holding tanks with filtration system for turbine engine oil and transmission oil, performance testing, training of ANAD personnel, warranty and emergency warranty maintenance as defined in a statement of work. This will be a small business set aside procurement. North American Industry Classification System Code is 811310 and the associated size standard is $8,000,000 employees. A solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502, and 5.102(a); therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. The estimated issue date is 23 Feb 2022. Proposals must be submitted electronically as stated in the solicitation. Vendors may download an electronic copy of the solicitation on or after the issue date at https://sam.gov. Hard copies will not be provided. Because the solicitation and any amendments will be issued electronically, the Government is under no obligation to maintain a bidder’s mailing list. It is incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to respond in accordance with the amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render an offeror’s proposal non-responsive and may result in rejection of the proposal.
