The contract shall cover the cost of providing all things necessary to perform unlimited emergency repairs and annual inspection/alignment for the machine tools including labor, tools, diagnostic equipment, transportation, schematics, documentation, and any other services to repair the machine tools. Emergency repairs shall consist of any work that is necessary to restore the machine to a 100% performance level.

This is not an RFQ. Anniston Army Depot intends to solicit a contract for Annual Preventative Maintenance and Emergency Repairs/Parts for Okuma machines and tools at 7 Frankford Avenue, Anniston, AL. The contractor shall be responsible for Annual Preventative Maintenance and Emergency Repairs as defined in a Statement of Work. This is a Sole Source procurement to Morris South, 350 Electronics Blvd, Huntsville, AL 35824. We encourage any firm that recognizes this item/requested service and can provide supporting evidence in writing that they can provide this item/service to identify themselves. They may be considered for future requirements. North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 811310, and the associated size standard is $8,000,000.00 dollars. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502, and 5.102(a); therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Proposals submitted must be in electronic format as stated in the solicitation.
