This specification establishes a requirement for preventive maintenance and repair support for the Charmilles Electrical Discharge Machine (EDM) Equipment located in Building 145 and Building 5 at Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, Alabama. Provide onsite preventative maintenance, emergency repair service, including tools, equipment, materials and components necessary to maintain performance and operational readiness to government owned Charmilles Wire Electrical Discharge Machine (EDM) FI6020SI Serial Number: 193585, Charmilles Wire Electrical Discharge Machine (EDM) FI6050TW Serial Number: 136009 located in Building 145 and Charmilles Wire Electrical Discharge Machine (EDM) AC Classic V2 Serial Number: 288 located in Building 5 as specified herein. All requests for service and replacement parts placed against this contract shall be requested by the Directorate of Production Engineering (DPE), Equipment Support Division (ESD) Chief or a designated ESD appointee and initiated by the Directorate of Contracting located at the Anniston Army Depot. The maintenance coverage shall be for 1 year from the award of this contract. The Government must be satisfied that machine is in a 100% operational status before acceptance of any repairs.
