Precision Hydraulic Surface Grinding Machines and ancillary equipment.. Contractor shall provide Precision Hydraulic Surface Grinding Machines and ancillary equipment in accordance with the Statement of Work. The Precision Hydraulic Surface Grinding Machines shall be new and one of the manufacturer’s current models capable of operation in accordance with the requirements herein. The Precision Hydraulic Surface Grinding Machines shall have a precision spindle, automatic and manually operated three axis, capable of full automatic functions. An electro-magnetic chuck with controls shall be included. The Precision Hydraulic Surface Grinding Machines shall be capable operation in manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic cycles. All required hardware necessary to operate the Precision Hydraulic Surface Grinding Machines from the machine’s control device will be included. The Precision Hydraulic Surface Grinding Machines shall have, Double-V and ground or scraped precision ways, fluorocarbon lining / Turcite B, precision bearings, an automatic lubrication system, flood coolant system with both paper and magnetic particle separation, work light, parts and instruction manuals, standard set of wrenches and keys for the Precision Hydraulic Surface Grinding Machines and its accessories. All parts subject to wear, breakage, or distortion shall be accessible for adjustment, replacement, and repair.
