The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all plant, material, transportation, labor, equipment, coordination, planning, and supervision necessary to perform inspection, maintenance and repairs on approximately 560 Gas-Fired Unit Heaters, Make-Up Air Units, and Infrared Heaters located in approximately 48 buildings at Anniston Army Depot (ANAD). All work performed shall be completed per the manufacturer's specifications and in accordance with the contract specifications, this statement of work, drawings, and technical requirements.
