Contractor shall provide high priority emergency repairs including calibration (verification/certification), parts and labor; two (2) pre-scheduled preventive maintenance checks; and two (2) pre-scheduled calibration (verification/certification) for each piece of Government owned X-ray Testing Equipment and all supporting accessories. Equipment and serial numbers are listed on the attached Schedule. During the term of the contract, individual covered equipment may be replaced through attrition by like equipment. Prices may be renegotiated if like equipment is significantly different from equipment being replaced. Any instrumentation, PLC and or programming associated with the functioning of the equipment shall be considered part of the equipment and included in the contracted services described in the attached statement of work.
