Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal via email to the Contract Specialist (tamula.c.mccombs.civ@mail.mil) and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (heather n.glover2.civ@mail.mil) with the subject header: Proposal Submission - W911KF-20- Q-0005 (company name). Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist/Contracting Officer will reply with the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission. This specification establishes a requirement for Bi?Annual Preventive Maintenance /Calibration Services, and oncall emergency repair service for 11 each Government owned Magnetic Particle Equipment and all supporting accessories listed in section 2.4 of this SOW. The maintenance coverage shall be for a one?year base period beginning with award of this contract, plus four (4) option years.
