This requirement is for a contractor to provide commercial items to the Anniston Army Depot. The commercial item will include two (2) gas powered utility all-terrain vehicles with On-Demand All Wheel Drive (AWD)/2 Wheel Drive (2WD) 4X4 wheeled drive carts with the ability to convey six (6) passengers. The solicitation is for 2 Polaris Ranger Crew XP 1000 EPS Northstar HVAC Edition models but an equal vehicle is acceptable. The Contractor shall modify the equipment to provide the Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, AL. The Contractor shall provide all resources necessary to prepare, provide, deliver, and demonstrate functional operation of the equipment. The contractor shall include 2 owner's manuals, 2 CD ROM, 2 printed operators manual, 2 service manuals, 2 shop service/tech repair and parts manual for each ATV. Please refer to attached technical literature and specifcations for further details. Any organization which believes itself to be in possession of these capabilities can provide written evidence to this effect to the Contract Specialist, and may be considered for future procurements. North American Industry Classification System Code is 336999 and the associated size standard is 500 employees. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502, and 5.102(a); therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Proposals submitted must be in electronic format as stated in the solicitation.
