The contractor... This requirement is for a contractor to provide nonpersonal services to the Anniston Army Depot. The services will be performed at the Hill Air Force Base, Utah and Anniston Army Depot. The contractor shall provide support for two domains; Hill AFB and Anniston Army Depot. The Contractor shall take trouble calls and work at DGRC on an on-call basis to provide technical support in the setup, configuration, diagnostic troubleshooting and installation operation of microcomputers and laptops related to software, peripheral equipment, and networks for DGRC. The contractor shall provide Local Area Network (LAN) services for assigned multi-user and standalone computer systems. The IT Support shall be for a one-year base period beginning at contract award, plus two one-year options. The contractor shall provide trained personnel with general knowledge of computer capabilities and possess communication skills to interact with a wide range of agency personnel in obtaining or providing information regarding the operation of automation hardware/software. The contractor shall provide IT services including all labor, equipment, special tools, materials, documentation, transportation, schematics, common tools of the trade, and any other items necessary to provide the required support.
