The work includes removing and replacing armor and quarry run rock with larger material, raising the breakwater crests, and adjusting cross-sections, with the contractor furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials. The project is estimated to cost between $25 million and $100 million and will be a firm-fixed-price contract.
