WAK030 REPLACE WATER TANKS, WAKE ISLAND
Project is a 100% small business set-aside design-build effort to replace finished water storage tanks and water treatment systems at Wake Island. It involves removing six 300,000-gallon above-ground concrete tanks and two 2,000,000-gallon above-ground steel tanks, and installing three new above-ground concrete finished water tanks. The scope also includes supporting influent/effluent infrastructure and associated electrical upgrades for reliable power to the potable water system. The contract will be awarded using best value trade-off source selection under NAICS 237110 with a $45M size standard. Performance will be at Wake Island.
