This is a single-award, five-year contract for architectural and engineering services with a total contract limit of $4,000,000 and a $3,000 minimum guarantee. The work will be performed primarily at various locations throughout Alaska and Wake Island, often in remote, arctic environments. The contract is set aside for 100% Small Business firms, and selected firms must be registered in SAM and meet specific cybersecurity (CMMC Level 1) and NIST score requirements in the SPRS system. The required services include facilitating and participating in charrettes, value engineering workshops, and providing schematic designs and cost estimates, with the contractor expected to facilitate two 4-day meetings in Alaska within the same month. Firms will be selected based on professional qualifications, specialized experience in cold regions design, past performance, and capacity.
