Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a design-build project to install electrical power, upgrade fire and life safety systems, and modify an arms vault in a historical building to accommodate specific flight simulators. The estimated budget is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. The performance period is approximately 365 calendar days, with an anticipated Notice to Proceed date of 15 June 2026. The award will be based on a lowest price technically acceptable source selection process. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible.
