Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a Design-Build project to improve storm drainage and construct infiltration basins in the Runway 7-25 infield area at Fort Wainwright, Alaska, to eliminate ponding water that attracts birds and creates a hazard. The work includes designing the drainage system, replacing catch basins, manholes, and pipes, and installing new infiltration basins with permeable materials. The project is a 2-phase effort competed as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside using a Best Value Trade Off selection process.
