This is a Design Build project to replace four standby generators and associated electrical equipment at the Eielson Air Force Base Power Plant Building B6203 in Alaska. The contractor must also inspect two existing bulk fuel storage tanks, replace non-functioning fuel gauge equipment, and replace all signage. Performance requires maintaining specific minimum power levels from April 15th through September 15th and from May 1st to July 31st. The contractor must provide a construction phasing plan and schedule within the required design documents. A 30-day notification is required for any anticipated electrical shutdowns.
