OFFERS OR PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS NOTICE. This solicitation will be for companies that can perform Quality Assurance Engineer & Inspection Services. Any resulting contract will be firm-fixed priced. The US Embassy in Ulaanbaatar hereby invites interested and legally eligible quality assurance companies who can provide QA services in Mongolia for design build construction projects. The U.S Army Corps of Engineers anticipates awarding one contract for the required Quality Assurance Engineer & Inspection Services (QA) in support of various Humanitarian Assistance project sites in Mongolia. To obtain information, interested and eligible companies are strongly encouraged to visit the U.S Embassy Mongolia website or contact ctha.asia@usace.army.mil. The solicitation will be posted late March - early April on the U.S Embassy website. Interested and eligible companies are highly encourage to visit the specified avenue to receive instructions for submitting a proposal. Companies are responsible for all costs and fees associated with preparation of proposals. If the project is cancelled, all proposal preparation costs will be borne by the offeror.
