This is a non-personal services contract to provide tree clearing, mulching, and related services within an area of approximately 44 acres on Eielson AFB. Services shall not be provided which are considered closely related to inherently governmental functions. The government shall not supervise, direct, or have any direct control over the Contractor’s personnel.
