This is a Request for Proposal to renew the steam, condensate, and water distribution infrastructure within the utilidor system serving the entire Clear Space Force Station. The project has an estimated budget between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000 and a performance period of approximately 1218 calendar days. The work will be performed at the Clear Space Force Station. The procurement will use a two-phase, best-value tradeoff source selection process. Selected vendors for Phase 2 have already been announced.
