Amendment 0001 is issued to correct Proposal Submission Requirements, Proposal Schedule, Laboratory Test Requirements. This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business set-aside. For any tests that you do not self-perform, you may subcontract those to another accredited-validated lab (even a large business) except Alaska Testlab, who is the prime contractors laboratory. Please note that FAR 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting clause applies. You must self-perform at least 51% of the laboratory testing. Proposals may be emailed to the points of contact in this solicitation. Amendment 0002 is issued to extend the proposal due date to 22 May 2023 at 2:00 pm Alaska Daylight Time.
