The JBE054 Extend Runway 16-34 project will consist of the extension of Runway 16-34 at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson. The project will include the construction of a concrete and asphalt runway, parallel concrete taxiways, and ground improvements. Construction of the runway, taxiways and ground improvements and other miscellaneous aspects of the project will require soil and material testing. This contract is to perform material sampling and testing required to independently monitor the work for the duration of the project.
