Includes the disturbance and/or removal and disposal of asbestos-containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) containing light ballasts, mercury-containing materials, lead-containing materials and items containing radioactive compounds. Remove sidewalks, curbs, gutters and street light bases. Saw cut and remove existing pavement. Backfill with classified material as required to achieve a positive slope draining gravel surface at the building site.
