The Contractor shall, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth below, furnish all labor, management, facilities, supplies, equipment, transportation, and material (other than those to be furnished by the Government), and do all things necessary for, or incidental to, performance of the work as set forth below. The Contractor shall furnish to the Government reports and other data together with supporting material developed during the period of service. During the prosecution of the work, the Contractor shall provide adequate professional supervision and quality control to assure the accuracy, quality, completeness, and progress of the work. The main objectives in this Scope of Work (SOW) are to perform post remedial action maintenance for the Kodiak Drury Gulch former used defense site (Drury Gulch), to include: 1. Clear accumulated sediment from inside the Drury Gulch Creek Diversion Culvert. The culvert is 450 feet long, 15-inches in diameter, and currently 80% clogged. 2. Remove sediment and vegetation accumulated in the upper and lower stilling basins so that the riprap is visible and functioning as intended. 3. Provide engineered design criteria for future improvements to the Drury Gulch Creek Diversion.
