The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers desires to procure vendors who are able to provide all labor and resources necessary to perform Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) Soil Contamination Disposal at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska on a competitive 8(a) set-aside basis. The following information applies to this solicitation: Geographical Restrictions and bona fide place of business requirements: There are no geographical restrictions or bona fide place of business requirements. SBA Requirement Number: QV1623194996D--Revision #1 Joint Venture instructions: Joint Ventures are allowed to propose on this 8(a) competitive project NAICS: 52910, Remediation Services Size Standard: $22M Some of the duties include: Dispose of approximately 17,500 cubic yards of Per-and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) contaminated soil resulting from construction associated with 6 separate F-35 construction projects at Eielson Air Force Base (EAFB). Containerize, and transport contaminated soil to a RCRA approved class C or D solid waste landfill (as appropriate) for disposal. Conduct post removal stockpile footprint sampling to confirm whether PFAS has migrated from the soil stockpiles to the underlying soil. Post removal samples will be compared to pre-construction samples to determine if contaminants have migrated from the stockpiles. This requirement includes option tasks.
