The scope for this work under this Contract is for Con... CLR039D - The Long Range Discrimination Radar (LRDR) Complex located at Clear Air Force Station, Alaska, includes 5 MILCON construction packages. The scope for this work under this Contract is for Construction Package 4, Maintenance Facility and Final Site features. This includes constructing a 10,000 square foot maintenance facility, parking lot paving, landscaping and remediation of the LRDR complex borrow pit. This scope also includes options for road upgrades (including paving) & roadway lighting. The Maintenance Facility is new construction and includes an exterior loading dock, a heated interior loading area, an equipment maintenance and teardown area as well as open floor storage area. Its primary utilities will be supplied underground from the main LRDR campus Mission Control Facility and Substation.
