The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, materials, and supervision thereof to include safety and quality control duties, for performing heavy equipment support services ... The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, materials, and supervision thereof to include safety and quality control duties, for performing heavy equipment support services at the Chena River Lakes Flood Control Project. The contractor shall have the following heavy equipment available and delivered for call out under this contract: a. Two (2) Belly-Dump Trucks, 26 CY or greater. b. Two (2) Side Dump 26 CY or greater with minimum tub length of 34 feet. c. One (1) Front End Loader equipped with forks and minimum 5 CY bucket d. One (1) Self-Propelled Vibratory Compactor with a minimum 80 inch drum width. e. One (1) Water Truck, 3000-5000 gallons. Water truck shall have spraying and refilling capabilities. A water source for refilling will be provided by the Government. All equipment shall be provided with an operator and fuel. Depending on the task, the Government will determine whether 1 or 2 trucks is required for the belly-dump or side-dump truck items. When the need for heavy equipment support is identified, the Government will initiate a call-out request of any of the equipment listed in the pricing schedule. Period of Performance: July 2019 through July 2021.
