Email: au.m.nguyen@usace.army.mil Phone: 907-753-5754 The contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, tools, labor, transportation, etc.; required for this project in accordance with the Statement of Work and terms and conditions of the contract. Project includes multiple equipment servicing, repairs, and troubleshooting at North Pole, Alaska. Thoroughly read instructions and other documents provided before submitting questions to the designated point of contacts. Questions are due one (1) week from the solicitation issuance date. Answers are anticipated to be provided by the next few business days following receipt of the questions. Question submissions should be compiled and not include multiple separate submissions. Keep questions clear, concise, and specific. Do not include sensitive information as the questions will be shared publicly. This acquisition is subject to availability of funds. Contract type shall be Time and Materials and the basis of award will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. We anticipate award to be made within two (2) weeks of quotes being due. Your quote must also contain an expiration date of at least 60 days. It is the offeror's responsibility to ensure that quotes are received on time. Late quotes will be processed in accordance with FAR 52.215-1(c)(3)(ii). Submit quotes to the designated points of contacts. Do not provide a copy of your proposal to any other Corps of Engineers employee.
