INTOXILYZER 9000 MAINTENANCE AND TRAINING
The MICC requires a contractor to provide full maintenance, calibration, inspection, and training services for two Intoxilyzer 9000 instruments located at Fort Hood, Texas. Services must comply with all specified Texas regulations and include preventive maintenance, monthly inspections, and response for repairs. The contract also requires annual certification and renewal training for up to 20 personnel, with the Government providing the training facility. The anticipated contract is a Firm-Fixed-Price agreement with one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The contractor must maintain a 95% operational readiness rate for the instruments and retain records for five years.
