This requirement encompasses 50 overhead doors varying between twelve types of overhead doors located in facilities throughout the Fort Cavazos Installation. The contractor shall provide services for all repair work, and service calls on all Overhead doors covered under this contract IAW manufacturer specification and as determined under the contract. The Contractor shall provide the COR with all productive time and material costs to the facility level for Demand Maintenance Order (DMO) NLT the five (5) calendar days after End of Month. The Contractor shall repair all overhead doors, including electronically driven or motorized doors, operators, and controls identified in TE R, Comprehensive Overhead Door List. The Contractor shall verify doors in fire-rated walls meet the corresponding fire rating required by the building code(s), the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) applicable codes, and the Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) Building Codes.
