The Directorate of Public Works (DPW) of Fort Cavazos requires contractors to convert an existing structure to a Brigade level headquarters. Requirements of the proposed contract will be completed in strict accordance with all the terms and conditions, special contract requirements, specifications, drawings, attachments and exhibits within the contract or as incorporated by reference. This requirement will be achieved through the implementation of a firm fixed price (FFP) contract. Privatized Utility (American Water) is not required for this Project, therefore a proposal will not be provided. Privatized Utility ( Dominion Energy) Proposal dated 26 February 2024 has been extended through 17 August 2024.
