The contract requirements for this RFP are outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) as set forth in Attachment 1. The Operational Test Command, Airborne Special Operations Test Directorate (ABNSOTD) has a requirement for Flight Support Services. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, aircraft, equipment, tools, materials, maintenance supervision and other items and services necessary to perform flight services to conduct military static line and/or freefall as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except as specified in Section 2 as Government Furnished Property and Services at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. This service shall be performed in CONUS.
