The Airborne and Special Operations Test Directorate (ABNSOTD) of the US Army Operational Test Command (OTC) conducts operational tests of aerial delivery systems, including personnel and cargo airdrops, from high performance aircraft. Part of the test data that we collect includes video from cameras mounted in the aircraft, hand held cameras operated by videographers in the aircraft and on the ground. The ground cameras are tri-pod mounted to capture from (Ground to Air) video. Additionally, the video captured from the ground to air cameras must be capable of receiving timecode transmissions and sent (broadcast) to a data collection trailer on the test site for recording and immediate replay in order to review the video to determine if the test can continue to the next phase. See Attachment A that list the components and accessories for the required 4K Cameras. Please note: NO SUBSTITUTIONS will be acceptted. The Government will award an order to the quoter whose Request For Quote conforms to the requirement of the RFQ. An award may be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable quoter. RFQ will be accepted via email address: diane.c.smith3.civ@army.mil, by the closing date posted in sam.gov, 15 April 2022 at 2:30PM CST.
