This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) and the reference number is W9115121R0030. The Offeror must quote on an all or none basis and written proposals are required (oral offers will not be accepted). The Information Management Directorate at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) has a requirement for a maintenance contract for Callegra.UC version 6.25 JITC. Please see attached specifications sheet for further details. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the LOWEST PRICE TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE vendor. Please include CAGE Code, DUNS, Tax Identification Number, FOB Destination, Discount Terms, and delivery of equipment. The solicitation is issued for as a Small Business set-aside as a Request for Quote. The applicable NAICS Code is 334210 and the size standard is 1250 employees. Payment will be made by the Defense Financial and Accounting System (DFAS); therefore, vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (https://sam.gov/content/home), as well as, Wide Area Work Flow (https://cac.piee.eb.mil/). All quotes submitted in response to this solicitation must be submitted by E-mail to bernadette.t.quevedo.civ@army.mil no later than 1300 MST on September 14, 2021. Responses received after the date and time will not be accepted. Acknowledgement of receipt will not be made.
