The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Hood, Texas (MICCFH) on behalf of the United States Government has a requirement to provide Packing and Containerization Services for inbound, outbound, and local area drayage of Direct Procurement Method (DPM) Personal Property for Fort Hood Installation and the area of responsibility (Seventeen (17) Counties: US TX BELL, US TX BOSQUE, US TX BROWN, US TX BURNET, US TX COMANCHE, US TX CORYELL, US TX FALLS, US TX HAMILTON, US TX HILL, US TX LAMPASAS, US TX LIMESTONE, US TX LLANO, US TX MASON, US TX MCCULLOCH, US TX MCLENNAN, US TX MILLS, US TX SAN SABA). This is a non-personal Pack and Crate Transportation service, re-compete, requirement providing local drayage of direct procurement method (DPM) personal property shipments services and packing/crating local moves for the Logistic Readiness Center (LRC) at Fort Hood, Texas in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services and materials, except as specified herein as government-furnished, for the preparation of personal property of Department of Defense personnel for shipment and/or storage and related services through the DPM. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers. The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. Period of Performance. The ordering period of performance is anticipated to begin on or about 27 MAY 21 and conclude on or about 26 MAY 26. At this time, this RFQ requirement is 100% set aside Small Business "ONLY". IMPORTANT - This will be a 100% set aside Small Business. In order to be responsive and considered for award, offerors shall have completed the certification requirements, via https://beta.certify.sba.gov/, prior to competing for this solicitation. A concern will not be eligible for a set-aside or sole-source award under the 100% Set Aside program unless designated as an 100% Set Aside in SBA Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS).
