The RFQ must be received in my inbox by the date and time noted above. 2.2. Offeror shall provide the Point of Contact (name, position title, e-mail, phone number) who has knowledge of the contractual and technical issues on the quote. 2.3. Quotes/Proposal shall include: a Technical approach on your understanding and acknowledgement of the tasks specified in the PWS, Prices for the base and option years, Delivery schedule, 52.212-3 “Offeror Representations and Certifications,” completed provisions FAR 52.204-24 Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment and FAR 52.204-26 Covered Telecommunications Equipment or Services- Representation, and SF 1449 signed and amendments if issued. 2.4. Failure to submit required documentations in accordance with paragraph 2, shall be grounds for finding the quote to be technically unacceptable, and ineligible for contract award.
