The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Hood, Texas anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Contractor to provide Cultural Role Players (CRP) services in support of the United States Army Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO) located at Fort Hood, Texas 76544. General Information: The contractor shall provide labor, supervision and required materials to supplement the training effort for U.S. military, DOD and other federal government agency personnel in support of Theater Specific Individual Readiness Training (TSIRT) and pre-deployment unit collective training in accordance with published training guidance at designated training sites located at Fort Hood, Texas. This contract is designed to support Reserve Components training, but may also be used to support the Active Component as well. This training culminates with situational exercises and a mission rehearsal exercise that enables Soldiers and units to interact with simulated civilian personnel under realistic wartime conditions. Procurement will be solicited competitively as a 100% small business set-aside. The Government anticipates a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The anticipated period of performance is (however, is subject to change at the Governments discretion) from 1 MAR 2020 through 28 FEB 2025 (base year plus four one-year option periods). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611710 Facilities Support Services with a size standard of $15M.
