Responses to the questions that were submitted no later than 11:00 AM CST, 3 September 2019 to the Contracting Officer as specified in the combined synopsis/solicitation includes questions 25 through 28. The Government responses to questions 25 through 28 will be incorporated into an amendment to the solicitation and posted to FBO on 12 September 2019 for viewing by all potential offerors. ii.
