USAOTC, Air and Missile Defense Test Directorate (AMDTD) at Fort Bliss, Texas and Fires Support Test Directorate (FSTD) at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, request approval of a three-month extension with three one-month option periods to the current 84-month ordering period for the Test and Evaluation Technical Support Services (TETSS), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Cost-Plus Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contract (W9115116D0007) with SAWTST, LLC, 500 Swanson Rd Suite # 4, Tyrone GA, 30290. This is an interim action to allow continued performance with the incumbent contractor. IAW DFARS 217-204 (e)(i)(C) contracts shall not exceed 10 years unless the head of the agency determines in writing that exceptional circumstances require a longer ordering period. This contract action will allow a total ordering period of 90 months including option periods. The follow-on requirement is in the process of an 8(a) competitive procurement and the current contract ordering period will end on 19 April 2024. This requested extension to the TETSS contract is needed until the competed follow-on award can be awarded in July 2024. The Government projects award of this extension no later than 19 April 2024. The extension will be incrementally funded through task orders using appropriate Fiscal Year (FY) Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) funds.
