The IIIAC requires two Creaform HandySCAN Pro systems with software, calibration accessories, and training to establish an organic, point-of-need metrology and reverse-engineering capability for legacy components. The hardware must use blue laser triangulation technology with volumetric accuracy up to 0.020 mm + 0.060 mm/m, weigh under 1.0 kg, and operate fully offline in secure environments. The system must be 100% interoperable with existing depot hardware and Technical Data Packages to enable seamless 3D data sharing without translation errors.
