This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91151-25-Q-A044. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, provided that two or more qualified small businesses respond to this request for quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-05, effective 07 August 2025 and DFARS Defense Publication Notice Current to DPN: 08 August 2025. MICC Fort Hood intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for (1) all-terrain vehicle to support range operations due to terrain limitations and GSA’s strict guidelines regarding use of Ambulance/First Responder Vehicles off the paved road outlined in attached salient characteristics. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 441227, (Motorcycle ATV, AND ALL MOTOR VEHICLES DEALERS), Business Size Standard $40M.
