This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91151-25-Q-A003. This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, effective 17 January 2025 and DFARS Defense Publication Notice Current to DPN: 17 January 2025. MICC Fort Cavazos intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for Material Handling Equipment Services. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 532490 – Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing, Business Size Standard $40M. This requirement is a 100% Total Small Disadvantage Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside acquisition. See the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for full requirement details.
